Zsite — operated by ZedAI Tech, Mangalore, Karnataka, India — is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. It is delivered entirely online; there are no physical goods to ship.
1 Digital Delivery
- Zsite is an online store builder accessed over the internet through your web browser.
- On successful payment, your subscription is activated and access to your store and admin panel is provided immediately and electronically — usually within a few minutes.
- No physical product is shipped or couriered, so no shipping charges, tracking or delivery timelines apply.
2 Accessing the Service
You access Zsite by signing in to your admin panel at zsite.in/zadmin with the email and password created at sign-up. Your store is available at your Zsite address (or your custom domain, on eligible plans).
3 If Activation Is Delayed
If your payment succeeds but you cannot access your store within a reasonable time, please contact us with your payment reference and we will activate it promptly. We do not consider a delay in electronic activation to be a shipping failure.
4 Your Customers' Orders
Shipping and delivery for goods that your own customers order on your store are arranged by you, the merchant, under your own store's shipping policy. Zsite provides the platform and tools; it does not ship your customers' orders.
