Welcome to Zsite. These terms explain how our online store builder works — the plans, what you pay, and the simple rules for using the service. By creating a store with Zsite, you agree to the terms below.
1 Plans & Pricing
Zsite is offered on the following plans. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Plan features and prices may be updated from time to time. Any change in price will not affect an active billing cycle you have already paid for; it applies from your next renewal. Lifetime plan holders keep their plan at no recurring cost.
2 Billing & Renewal
Monthly plans renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel anytime — your store stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
3 Grace Period
If a monthly payment isn't made on time, your store stays live for an extra 3 days as a grace period. If payment is still not received after the grace period, the store may be suspended until the dues are cleared.
Suspended stores are not deleted immediately — reach out and we'll help you restore your store once payment is settled.
4 Your Store & Content
- You are responsible for the products, prices, images, and information you publish on your store.
- You must not use Zsite for anything illegal, or to sell prohibited or counterfeit goods.
- You own your content. Zsite hosts and displays it so your customers can browse and order.
- Orders and payments are between you and your customer. Zsite provides the platform and tools (including WhatsApp ordering and UPI/online payment options) — we are not a party to the sale.
5 Custom Domains
Pro and Lifetime plans support connecting your own custom domain. You are responsible for purchasing and renewing the domain with your domain registrar; Zsite helps you point it to your store.
6 Payments & Refunds
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen period. As the service is delivered continuously, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it fairly.
7 Service & Support
We work hard to keep Zsite available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. Support is provided over WhatsApp and email; Pro and Lifetime plans receive priority support.
8 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of Zsite after an update means you accept the revised terms.
